“Tandem International” is a project from students for the students, whose objectives are:
- To make life easier for international students at the Beuth HS,
- To promote exchange between international and German students,
- The shorten the duration of study the for the students,
- To enable confidence and a sense of community.
The idea occured in the middle of 2015 during a conversation between our consultant for international matters and the representative for international studies at the Beuth HS. The initial point was to learn foreign languages, which should provide an entry point to a large network of international and German students. Thereout arose two projects:
Tandem Classic und Tandem Börse.
“Tandem Classic” offers students the possibility to improve already learned languages, learn new languages and in return help fellow students to learn one’s own vernacular language. In this context two (or more) students will form a study group.
The registration for participation ensues with the declaration of the mother tongue and target language on an online form.
“Tandem Börse” provides the students the possibility to exchange the study-oriented knowledge and to support each other in learning. In return each of the students forms a study group with at least one partner.
The registration for participation ensues with a declaration of the faculty, course of studies and the requested module on an online form.
Who is entitled?
